How long does it take to process my order?
Paperylove is a very small online shop and processing an order can take 3-5 business days.
Do you combine shipping?
As of April 2022, we are no longer combining shipping. Occasionally we may make adjustments but it is a case by case basis.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Order changes, updates and cancellations can’t be guaranteed because once orders are placed, they are often processed with other orders at the same time.
Please be careful placing your order because they cannot be changed.
Do you hold products?
Unfortunately we do not due to risks of canceling orders.
Will you be reprinting washi?
At the moment, we have never reprinted any washi and don’t plan to.
Placed order has wrong address, can you help?
Please make sure your address is correct before checking out. Shipping labels are auto generated.
Paperylove is not liable for packages shipped to wrong addresses that were incorrect.
My package was marked “delivered” but I don’t have it?
Paperylove is not liable for packages marked as “delivered” but not received due to delivery issues with USPS or property theft.

My order is at the post office and I’m required to pay Tax
Customers outside of the U.S.A. are not charged tax and are responsible for any tax fees once the order arrives in their country.
I do not see my country listed in the check out and I’m having problems placing my order, can you help?
As of July 2021, we no longer ship to the UK.
